Sugary Cinnamon Blueberry and Pineapple Breakfast Mini Muffins


Muffins:
(for 24 cup mini muffin pan)
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter 
  • Blueberry or/and pineapple chunks
Glaze:
  • 5 tbs butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2/3 teaspoon cinnamon
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 - 13 minutes.
